Kathy is laughing hysterically now, but it wasn't funny when Melissa sneezed VERY LOUDLY and unexpectedly!  Kathy almost took off a finger with her rotary cutter!

The laughter was contagious, and once started, couldn't be controlled.  Are we all just a little tired, ladies???

June's "mistake" turned into a beautiful block which in turn made a beautiful quilt top These blocks might be small, but they took longer to make than a larger block.....just ask Shirley!

Kay's beautiful batik fall quilt top is done, and she is one proud lady! These pineapple foundation blocks were made by members of the guild who chose to participate in a raffle.   The finished result is beautiful!!!

The 2006 Black Rock Retreat group photo!  Our nickname for the top row:  Hot Buns!!!

This last picture says it all...we had a wonderful time, with lots of laughs, many new memories, and even new friends...and we were all very tired from quilting from dawn to dusk.
